Older peopleActive Hastings presents Age Friendly Activity and Social Sessions
Come along, have a chat and enjoy tea and coffee on us! While you are there, you can also try various activities such as New-Age Kurling, Boccia, Archery, Badminton, Chair-Based Exercise and more!
£2 per session. Payable by cash on the door (no booking required), or purchase a ticket here to pay by card.
Sessions are free for Optivo housing residents.
Unlimited free tea and coffee provided.
Sessions are fully inclusive and accessible – everyone welcome.
