Come along, have a chat and enjoy tea and coffee on us! While you are there, you can also try various activities such as New-Age Kurling, Boccia, Archery, Badminton, Chair-Based Exercise and more!
Sessions are free.
Unlimited free tea and coffee provided.
Sessions are fully inclusive and accessible – everyone welcome.
No need to book, just turn up on the day.
If you’ve had surgery within the past 12 weeks, it’s important you follow your doctor's advice on getting active again.
