Young peopleJoin Active Hastings for a new Youth Gym and Circuit Session 'Stronger Together'
This upbeat, high-energy gym and circuit session introduces young people to the core building blocks of effective training while keeping the atmosphere fun, supportive, and confidence boosting. Across a series of short, varied stations, participants explore the fundamentals of movement—such as balance, coordination, agility, strength, and control—through activities designed to be accessible for beginners but engaging enough to challenge those with more experience.
The first part of the session uses a traditional gym space, and the session is designed to show that fitness isn’t about perfection; it’s about learning, trying, and getting a little better each time.
The second part of the session will be a mix of different fitness sessions and driven by those that come along and agreed with coaches. With upbeat music, clear demonstrations, and a positive coaching style, the environment feels safe, inclusive, and motivating for all.Children should not leave the session without letting a member of the Active Hastings team know. Active Hastings cannot take responsibility for any young people once they leave the venue. If you have any questions, just give us a shout on 01424 451051.
This session is free, with thanks to the government and The National Lottery Community Fund.
Booking is essential, please use the EEQU booking platform to register and book your space.
