Senior Strength
A full body weighted class to build strength in the muscles, bones and joints by improving their weight bearing capabilities.
Legs, Bums & Tums
Specifically designed to tone up your core and lower body, it is a combination of resistance training exercises targeting
legs, glutes and core to tighten
up those abs!Pump & Tone
The ultimate class for toning up and improving the endurance of the muscles. Involving the use of resistance training with light weights and high repetitions. For all levels and abilities.
Kettlebells
Full body strengthening class, with some cardio, based on exercises using only kettlebells.
