Qigong is an ancient Chinese practise and part of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM). Qigong cultivates and balances Qi (vital life energy) to improve and maintain physical, mental and emotional health.

In Qigong we practise slow, flowing physical movements, deep rhythmic breathing and focused mental intention.

Types of Qigong: Dynamic Qigong integrates physical repetitive movements.

Static Qigong focuses on physical stillness, regulated breathing, and mental focus.

Qigong is suitable for all ages and abilities.

Please see Sigrid's website for more information.
