AdultThe Downs Farm weight loss group is open to anyone who has a BMI over 30 and wants to lose weight and feel happier and healthier.
The weekly sessions will go through everything you need to lose weight and lead a more active lifestyle. Learn how to be in a calorie deficit, how to read food packaging and what a good portion size is. Each week the sessions will include a half an hour exercise class aimed at beginners and those who haven’t exercised in a while.
You are welcome to choose how you want to track your weight loss, we can provide scales for a full body analysis, body measurements and photos.
This is your journey with our support.
Heidi Tambeh will be your instructor. She has had years of experience helping people lose weight and reach their goals.
Booking is essential, please use the EEQU booking platform to register and book your space.
If you’ve had surgery within the past 12 weeks, it’s important you follow your doctor's advice on getting active again.
