Foreshore Trust Large Grants Programme back for 2026

The Foreshore Trust will be inviting applications from non-profit voluntary and community organisations to the Large Grant Programme 2026-2028 in the new year.
Organisations that work for the benefit of Hastings residents will be able to apply from the week beginning Monday 5 January until 12noon on Thursday 29 January.
The programme will focus on the following areas:
- Housing, legal, welfare, and debt advice
- Support for those affected by domestic violence
- Advice and infrastructure support for community organisations
- Outreach services for rough sleepers
- Advice and support for migrant and newly settled communities.
There is approximately £181,000 per year for the programme.
Cllr Tony Collins, chair of the Foreshore Trust, said: “It’s really exciting to be able to open the Large Grants programme up for groups and organisations across Hastings. As a committee we’re looking forward to seeing the applications and what different things groups are looking for over the next couple of years.”
You can find out more at our website, applications will open week commencing Monday 5 January. The application process will be all online and applicants will need to need to register for a My Hastings Borough Council account as part of the process.
