Shearbarn and Stalkhurst caravan site licences

Responded Fri 23 January 2026The 2014 RH Environment report commissioned by HBC identified the need for new caravan licences for the Shearbarn and Stalkhurst caravan sites. A report approved by Cabinet in December 2014 declared that site licences would be updated for all caravan sites.
Eleven years later in April 2025 the licences had yet to be updated.
