Housing requests for single women aged 70 plus

Responded Tue 13 January 2026Please provide updated information on how many single women aged 70 plus who have been issued with a no fault S21 have been housed in HMOs. Also if any of these women were known to have physical health issues.
Response
Hastings Borough Council currently have 1 x single female aged 70 plus in temporary accommodation 'Other nightly paid, privately managed accommodation (may also be referred to as Annexes) - Shared Facilities' who has been issued with a no fault S21 living in and who has stated they have 'physical ill health and disability'.
