Contracts due to expire

Responded Fri 19 December 2025I am writing to request, under the Freedom of Information Act, an Excel spreadsheet containing details of all contracts due to expire within the next 12 months. Specifically, I would like the spreadsheet to include the following information for each contract:
- Contract reference number
- Contract name
- Start date
- End date
- Any extensions granted
- Contract value
- Winning bidder
- List of all other bidders who participated in the original tender process

The information requested can be found publicly available here: https://in-tendhost.co.uk/Wealden/aspx/ViewContractsRegister.aspx?id=0193ec99-37ee-4eb0-ae93-68067f23fd95
This can also be exported from that address into excel and then the required filters applied.
However we do not keep the information of unsuccessful bidders on file.
