FOI request (FOIR-771962850)

Planning application HS/OA/17/00379 was for:

Demolition of wooden clubhouse, installation of 15 caravan bases (for 15 static caravans) with associated earthworks, car parking, pedestrian footpaths, landscaping and infrastructure above and below ground. Proposal includes variation of s106 legal agreement relating to current use of land as a sports field, pitch and putt course, informal open space and tree screening. | Combe Haven Holiday Park, Harley Shute Road, St Leonards-on-sea, TN38 8BZ

Objection comments were many but there are now no documents on file. Under FOI or otherwise, please send me them.  In particular I would like the s.106 agreement and the application form.

There is no such planning application HS/OA/17/00379, which is why there were no documents showing.

The correct reference for the application is HS/FA/17/00379.  This has now been corrected and all the documents attached to the application are now viewable on our website: https://publicaccess.hastings.gov.uk/online-applications/
