Council Tax Reduction/Council Tax Support scheme for Hastings 2025/26

Please provide a copy of the Hastings Council Tax Reduction Scheme policy document for 2025/26.

There is a statutory requirement for billing authorities to make and publish a Council Tax Reduction scheme. Please see Local Government Finance Act 1992 subsection 13A(2) and schedule 1A subparagraph 3(3).

If you have not produced a policy document for 2025/26, please provide the most recent version and identify any changes made since then. There is no need to identify any changes made solely to comply with the Council Tax Reduction Schemes (Prescribed Requirements) (England) Regulations 2012 as amended.
