The purpose of this request is to gather data on the EPC ratings of social housing.

Specifically, I am seeking anonymised, current data on the following:

If you are unable to provide the specified information:

• If you are unable to provide any part of the requested information, please do not refuse the entire request. Instead, please provide any data you can supply and explain which parts cannot be provided and why.

• If it is not possible to provide the information requested due to exceeding the cost of compliance limits under Section 12, please provide advice and assistance under Section 16 to help me refine or narrow the request.
