Caravans used for housing

Responded Wed 05 November 2025There are a number of 'holiday' caravan parks in Hastings which are occupied as residential use for 10 or 11 months a year. Is such use counted in the number of traditional/normal houses for collection of Council Tax?

The sites will be commercially rated and therefore the answer is zero.
