2015 Section 106 Financial Contributions

Please could you provide a list of all planning applications or reference numbers that are associated with Section 106 agreements entered into in the year 2015, where all or part of the financial contributions remain unspent as of today’s date.

For each planning reference, I would be grateful if you could include (where available):

a. The planning application reference number.

b. The date the Section 106 agreement was entered into.

c. The type or purpose of the contribution (for example, education, highways, open space).

d. The amount secured.

e. The amount received by the council.

f. The amount unspent to date.

g. Any expiry or repayment date specified in the agreement (if applicable).

If any part of this request is unclear or likely to exceed the cost limits set out under the Act, I would be happy to refine or narrow the request in consultation with your office.

I would prefer the information to be provided in spreadsheet or CSV format if possible.

Response

Two agreements had income in 2015/16:

1. Planning Application HS/FA/13/00377 Agreement Total £50,000.00 - Spent in 2023-24.

2. Planning Application HS/FA/15/00521 Agreement Total £7,520.00 - Spent in 2016-17.

Both were for Affordable Housing. We do not have a record of expiry dates.
