Over a year ago the committee reports on planning applications HS/FA/24/00046 and HS/LB/24/00047 said:

"There are also a number of unauthorised structures and uses on the Pier which are subject of an enforcement case and do not form part of the consideration of this application."

Under FOI or otherwise, please send me the papers relating to this case.

Your Freedom of Information request is identical to that you submitted on the 11th August, reference: FOIR-738877211 - Subject: Pier Enforcement.

Hastings Borough Council responded to this on the 3rd September 2025.

In addition to this, you complained to the Information Commissioners Office (ICO) who have advised us your complaint has been accepted and waiting to be allocated to a case officer.
