2. Of football pitches owned by the council, how many did the council operate on 1st January of each of the following years: 2019, 2020, 2021, 2022, 2023, 2024, 2025?

3. How many football pitches owned by the council were closed down or sold in each of the following years: 2019, 2020, 2021, 2022, 2023, 2024, 2025?
