Real-Time Bus Displays for 321 and 322 Services in Hastings

Under the Freedom of Information Act 2000, I am requesting the following information regarding the real-time electronic bus displays for the 321 and 322 services in Hastings:

1. All maintenance logs, fault reports, and repair records for these displays from 1st January 2024 to the present date.

2. All correspondence (emails, letters, meeting minutes, or notes) between Hastings Borough Council and Stagecoach or any other third parties regarding the operation, maintenance, or faults of these displays during the same period.

3. Details of any contracts, service agreements, or responsibilities between the council and Stagecoach (or other contractors) relating to the provision, maintenance, and accuracy of real-time display information.

4. Any reports, audits, or assessments carried out by or for the council into the reliability or accuracy of these displays since January 2024.

Hastings Borough Council is not responsible for installing or maintaining real-time electronic bus displays. This is undertaken by East Sussex County Council in partnership with the bus company, Stagecoach. Please visit their website for further information:
