Has HBC followed its own procedures for organising these community events in Linton Gardens, as outlined on your own website:

If so, can I see a copy of the 'event enquiry form' and any other documentation, with any conditions applied regarding private park maintenance?

Which specific councillors have reviewed my correspondence? I have no knowledge of this and would like to see details of any views they have expressed.
