We are undertaking a flood risk assessment. Please can you send across the following data relating to Combe Haven Holiday Park, St Leonards-on-Sea, Hastings, TN38 8BZ at NGR TQ 78070 09477.

1. Any information including flood modelled data (if available), flood defences, flood history, and so on.

2. Flood map confirmation.

3. Details of any historical flood events impacting the site.

4. Details of any groundwater flooding issues in the area.

5. Details of any sewerage flood risk at the site.

6. Details of any other (reservoir, canal, and so on) flood risk at the site.

A red line boundary of the site is included in the attached information.
