3. What items of public open space currently attract commuted sums, and what are the individual costs?

4. What is your inspection fee or percentage applicable relevant to the bond provision for S106 agreements?

5. What was the average time taken from submission to the completion of a S106 agreement for public open space in a) 2022-23, b) 2023-24 and c) 2024-25?

6. What was the average total time taken from submission to formal adoption of a S106 agreement for public open space in a) 2022-23, b) 2023-24 and c) 2024-25?
