Animal welfare and re-use of information

1. Freedom of Information request under the Freedom of Information Act 2000.

We would like to request information relating to licensed animal operators in the area for which you are responsible. For each operator with a license issued under the Animal Welfare (LIAIA) (England) Regulations 2018, would you please provide:

a. Licence number

b. Operator name

c. Type of Licence*

d. Star rating

e. Licence expiry date

f. Number and type of animals

g. Address Line 1

h. Address Line 2

i. Address Line 3

j. Postcode, Part of Postcode, Ward, or Town name

If possible, please provide this information in electronic format as an excel spreadsheet.

We appreciate that for some licence holders the full addresses could be considered to be personal information. In these cases we request you provide only the name of the licence holder and postcode.
