Lease of Land - old bathing site

I am writing to request information relating to the public consultation and legal notices under Section 123 of the Local Government Act 1972 concerning the West Marina/HL9 site.

In official council documents and meeting minutes from February 2019, the West Marina site was explicitly referred to as 'land consisting or forming part of an open space':

This strongly suggests that the requirements of Section 123 of the Local Government Act 1972 applied prior to any disposal or leasing arrangements.

Please provide the following information:

1. Copies of all public notices published under Section 123 relating to the proposed disposal or leasing of the West Marina site, including dates, newspaper titles, and durations of publication in the year 2021.

2. Records of any public objections received in response to consultations and these notices between 2019 and 2021.

Details, that is, minutes/notes, of meetings/decisions of how the objections were considered when deciding to the lease the land.
