1. How many major developments (developments involving 10 or more dwellings) were completed in your area in:

2. Of these developments, in how many have the roads been adopted by the local highways authority? Please provide the figure for:

Refer to table 4 of the relevant year Local Plan Monitoring Report for a breakdown of the sites with completions and dwelling numbers completed:

For 2022/23, only the Former Stills Factory development was for 10 or more dwellings overall.

For 2023/24, all large sites shown in table 4 are of 10 or more dwellings, only Stockleigh Road was fully completed in 2023/24.

For 2024/25, data for LPMR is still being compiled and will be published in the location above once available.
