I am writing to request information under the Freedom of Information Act 2000 regarding parking complaints received by Hastings Borough Council.

lease could you provide the following details:

1. The total number of parking-related complaints received by the council in the last 12 months (from 10th February 2024 to 10th February 2025).

2. A breakdown of complaints by category, if available (for example, illegal parking, residential permit issues, parking enforcement concerns, misuse of disabled bays, and so on).

3. The number of complaints that resulted in enforcement action or penalties.

If some of this data is not available, please provide what you can within the cost limit. If the request exceeds cost limitations, I would appreciate any advice on refining it to stay within limits.
