I would like to request the following information relating to artificial caving systems within your area:

1. The names and locations of any artificial caving systems within your area.

2. Details of any recorded incidents or investigations relating to the artificial caving systems, for example RIDDOR Notifications, Health and Safety Complaints, and so on. If there have been any incidents recorded, please could you provide contact details for the most appropriate person to speak to regarding these.

3. A copy of the last health and safety inspection report for the artificial caving system.

4. Is the caving system constructed so that it can be unbolted or is it sealed?
