I kindly request that you provide me with the following information relating to the enforcement of the Non-Domestic Minimum Energy Efficiency Standards (MEES) within your local authority's jurisdiction. Please provide information for non-domestic properties only.

1. In respect of non-domestic properties only, how many tenant-reported breaches of the MEES Regulations did the LA receive in the following periods:

East Sussex County Council Trading Standards is responsible for the enforcement of non-domestic MEES.
