A list of all commercial properties where a completion notice has been served since 01/04/2017 detailing the following:

a. Property Reference

b. The address of the property being deemed as complete by the notice

c. The recipient company name

d. The address to which the notice was sent

e. The method by which the notice was issued (that is, recorded delivery, by hand, or by email)

f. Completion date noted

g. Date notice was issued

h. The recipient company name

i. The date the property was entered onto the rating list

j. The date the property became liable for rates

k. The entity that issued the completion notice (that is, the local authority or if the issuing of Completion Notices is contracted out, the name of the relevant party)

We do not require any information relating to sole traders or individuals.
