Asset of Community Value (ACV) and Community Right to Bid (CRB)

Responded Thu 12 January 2023I am writing to you under the Freedom of Information Act 2000 to request the following information. Please may you provide me with the following information:1. How many assets are currently listed as Asset of Community Value (ACV)?2. How many ACV have been transferred to community groups via Community Right to Bid (CRB) in the last five years?3. How many ACV have been sold to private bodies in the last five years?4. Does the council employ officers specifically who deal with ACV nomination and CRB? If yes, how many officers?5. Has the council had any compensation claims associated with ACV nomination and CRB in the last five years?6. If yes, how many claims and what was the total amount of compensation paid out in the last five years?Please provide the information via email reply to: andreea.ion10@gmail.comIf it is not possible to provide the information requested due to the information exceeding the cost of compliance limits identified in Section 12, please provide advice and assistance, under the Section 16 obligations of the Act, as to how I can refine my request.If you can identify any ways my request could be refined, I would be grateful for further advice and assistance.If you have any queries, please don’t hesitate to contact me via email or phone and I will be happy to clarify what I am asking for and discuss the request, my details are outlined below.
