Responded Mon 21 November 2022Specifically, my request concerns unpaid and overdue payments, for example payments that were tied to a specific date or point in a project, or payments that have been invoiced for but not received.For every payment that is owed to the council, I would like the following details:a) The amount of money owed;b) The date by which it was supposed to have been paid OR;c) If payment is tied to a trigger point in development rather than a date, then the date an invoice was raisedd) The reference number for the associated planning case

Please accept my apologies for the delay in responding.The requested information can be found in table D on page 8 of our published Infrastructure Funding Statement available on our website via https://www.hastings.gov.uk/content/planning/pdfs/AnnualInfrastructureFundingStatement2020-21The report for 2021/2022 is currently in the process of being created. it will be published by 31st December 2022 in accordance with the Regulations.
