Footbridge Lighting

Please could you supply details of all footbridges in your borough and whether they have lighting installed over the bridge deck areas as well as which bridges have a cage or cover over the central bridge deck area?

The footbridge can be over any feature such as rail, road or water.

Hastings Borough Council does not hold information on structures that are owned or maintained by others.

Some bridges in the Borough are the responsibility of Network Rail (https://www.networkrail.co.uk/), East Sussex County Council Highways and Rights of Way (https://www.eastsussex.gov.uk), and some are privately owned.

None of the bridges that Hastings Borough Council manages and maintains within the Parks and Open Spaces have lighting installed over the bridge deck areas and none have a cage or cover over the central bridge deck area.
