Energy Rebate of £150

I would like to request the number of residents eligible for the Energy Rebate of £150 and the number of people who have failed to claim.

I believe that the form inviting residents to claim puts the elderly and those digitally excluded from applying for the grant.

I suspect that those who are in need of it most are not receiving it due to the online barriers and the complexity of application.

The number of eligible households is 38,313, of which 7,398 have not yet made a claim and 317 have made a partial claim but not completed the process.
