Provide locally legislated bylaws signed by a judge proving in full confidence respectively human rights to due process in regards to locally enforced discriminatory regulations specifically preventing hand drawn traders from accessing indigenous trades routes in the borough and why these restrictions have been enforced.

Namely Hastings foreshore and town market thoroughfares.

Provide codes of practice in relation to locally legislated bylaws signed by a judge obstructing the public right of way of street vendors and why these codes of practice are not discriminatory and unlawful.
