2. full billing authority reference number (as used by the Valuation Office),

3. liability start date,

4. charge type or occupied status,

5. liability end date (if empty/exempt),

6. property address,

7. property postcode,

8. property rateable value,

9. correspondence or billing address and postcode,

10. SBRR (if applied), and

11. SBRR date (if applied)

Please note the Property Reference Number relates to the property, not the account number for the customer. This reference is available on the internet, for example the gov.uk website regarding a property's rateable value.
