Dog fouling fines for the last 5 years

I am wondering if you could help me with a Freedom of Information (FOI) request.

I would like to know how many fines have been issued to persons who failed to clear up their dog's mess deposits (dog poo) in the last 5 years.

Feel free to break down figures for each financial year starting with 2016 and up to date for this financial year.

2016/2017 - 12

2017/2018 - 4

2018/2019 - 5

2019/2020 - 4 (No dog controls after June)

2020/2021 - 0 (No dog controls in place)

Please note: No controls in place means we have been unable to issue fines (FPNs) for dog issues which would include failure to pick up dog fouling.
