How to become a Manager of the Forward Planning Department

To be the manager of the Forward Planning Department for Hastings Council:

1. Would I need to be an ecologist with an honours degree?

2. Would I need specialist knowledge in the old Victorian drainage layout across the town?

3. Would a complete knowledge of the Road system from the A 25 to Hastings town be required?

4. Would the realisation that Hastings is, and always will be, a one eyed Town. The sea makes Hastings a very good sea resort therefore would I need to concentrate on tourist attractions?
