Enforcement of the Animal Welfare Act 2006

We are presently undertaking on behalf of the All-Party Parliamentary Group on Animal Welfare (APGAW) a survey on enforcement of sections 4 (unnecessary suffering) and 9 (duty of a person responsible for an animal to ensure its welfare) of the Animal Welfare Act 2006. To this end, we are seeking the information set out in the attached questionnaire. It is in the form of a Word document for ease of completion.
