Environmental health team

Responded Mon 15 June 2020I have been trying to contact the council but I’m constantly being directed to generic email addresses or voicemails.
I find this unacceptable and now wish to escalate my point. Therefore under the Freedom of Information Act 2000 I wish to request the name and contact details of a line manager or equivalent in the environmental health team.
Please provide the information via return Email. I believe under legislation this must be done within 20 days.
