Responded Fri 07 February 2020I would like to make the following request under the provision of the Freedom of Information Act 2000.
1. Could a list please be provided of all publicly owned works of art which have been sold by the council since January 2009?
Could the name of the work, where it was being displayed, and the price it was sold for please be provided?
2. How were the funds raised used by the council?
Response
Hastings Borough Council has not sold any artworks since 2009.
