This is a request for information, related to Business Rates, filed under the Freedom of Information Act 2000.

Please provide the following information in respect of properties that have had an empty rate charge levied at any time since 1st April 2012:

a. The property addresses and property reference numbers.

b. The ratepayer name(s) - excluding those exempt under Section 40 of the Act.

c. Start and end date of the empty period for which empty rates have been levied.

Please note that I am only seeking information in relation to periods where an empty rate has been charged on a property, and not for any periods where the property is empty and an exemption has been applied.
