Please let me have the following information in respect of your Borough in the 

calendar years April 2017 to October 2017 & April 2016 to October 2016:

The number of:

1. Fixed Penalty Notices issued for littering

2. Fixed Penalty Notices paid for littering

3. Prosecutions made for non-payment of Fixed Penalty Notices for littering

(Please include FPNs issued for other offences such as dog fouling separately)

4. Litter Abatement Notices under S92 of the Environmental Protection Act 

(EPA) issued

5. Street Litter Control Notices (EPA S93 & 94) issued

6. Litter Clearance Notices (EPA S92A) issued.

Littering 42 FPNs issued 32 paid 3 prosecutions
Dog Fouling 8 FPNs issued 6 paid no prosecutions
Smoking in a smoke free place 2 FPNs issued 2 paid
Dog off Lead 42 FPNs issued 32 paid 2 prosecutions
Dog Exclusion area 4 FPNs issued 1 prosecution
Waste Carrier Licence 3 FPNs issued 2 paid no prosecutions
Presentation of a waste receptacle 2 FPNs issued no prosecutions

April to October 2017
Littering 11 FPNs issued 8 paid no prosecutions
Dog off Lead 16 FPNs issued 8 paid no prosecutions
Dog Exclusion area 1 FPN issued no prosecutions
Failure to comply with a PSPO 3 FPNs issued no prosecutions

Q4 - None

Q5 - From July 17 to 31st October Kingdom Services Ltd have issued 1226 FPNs for littering offences, so far out this total 793 FPNs have been paid. We do not have data on prosecutions at the moment as the court files are only starting to be produced.
