Business Rate Exempt premises.

Please can you help.  I am trying to find out the name of the proprietor of a business known variously as  “Cut ’n’ Mended’ or “While You Wait” or "Shoes and Keys” at number 1 Albert Road Hastings.

Because the business is exempt from business rates their name does not seem to appear in publicly accessible records.

However a named person must have applied for exemption and I would be grateful if you would let me know who this was, or how I can find the information.

The Ratepayer at 1 Albert Road is trading as Cobblers and Keys. We are unable to disclose the actual ratepayer as this is exempt information under Section 40(2) of the Freedom of Information Act 'personal data' this is an absolute exemption and will not be provided.
