Please provide copy of correspondence cited in the draft Coffey 2 report regarding the landslide at Ecclesbourne Glen

The correspondence is referred to as.. subsequent letter dated 24 September 2014

It is not clear who the author of the letter is but the contents of the letter were used to compile the report.
