on the HBC website I found the following statement:

 

             Rocklands Caravan Park - site licence appeal

             The appeal/court reference number

             The court in which the hearings will be held

I asked HMCTS about this.  The County Court said they

                    can find no records of any cases in the parties names quoted above or anything pending.  The reference stated is not a county

                    court claim number. It doesn't sound like a county court case with the information provided.  It may be a case that is with the

                    magistrates court.

 

So I asked the Magistrates Court, who said

 

                    The reference number you have provided is not one of the Magistrates' Court.

 

So who's reference is CHI/21UD/PHR/2017/0003?  Where is this licence appeal being considered and when?  It defies sense that HBC would not know about its own case.
