I am wishing to contact the council, but have been unable to find the correct individual to address my letter to. Therefor I am left with no choice other to make a request under the Freedom of Information Act 2000.

Please provide me with the name and contact details of the manager responsible for the enforcement of the councils private rented sector housing policy. I am led to believe this in fact falls under the remit of your environmental health department.

I understand that I am entitled to a response within 20 working days of your receipt of this request. and as such look forward to hearing from you by return email in due course.

Private rented sector housing enforcement falls under the remit of the Housing Renewal Team. Information is available on the Councils website at www.hastings.gov.uk/housing.
