With reference to BEMBROOK ALLOTMENTS

 

From when the first allotment was let in Bembrook Allotments, can you please inform us how many times the contract for use by allotment holders has been renewed, and provide the dates when those  contract renewals took place, to date.

 

Additionally, can you please provide  copies of all the contracts which have been produced, for Bembrook allotment holders  to sign and served to annul the previous contract in place, up to the present day.

Hastings Borough Council hold no information as to when the first allotment was let at Bembrook Allotments.

Hastings Borough Council hold no records of how many times the contract has been renewed.
