Officer time spent on Old Time Marina Project

Responded Mon 18 June 2018Over the last 2 to 3 years HBC officers have been involved in negotiations with the HHQ developers and regional and national authorities over the proposed marina development.
Please provide the following information:
The amount of officer time spent on this project The cost of officer time and other costs associated with this project
I am aware that HBC claims that it does not maintain a project based time recording system for officer time. This seems highly unusual for an organisation of this size. However if this is the case then please provide best estimates available for the above questions.

Please accept my apologies for the delay in responding.
Hastings Borough Council does not have a corporate project time recording system in place to record officer time spent on projects and we are unable to estimate.
A sum of £132.60 was for train fares to London for a meeting on the 20 June 2017.
