FOI request (FOI-68659066)

Please provide me with all correspondence (in whatever form) between HBC and consultees for the following applications concerning the visitor centre:

1. HS/FA/17/01018 | Variation of condition 13 (approved drawings) of planning permission HS/FA/14/01033

2. HS/CD/17/01101 | Discharge of conditions

3. HS/NM/18/00059 | Non material Amendment application to vary the wording of condition 4 of planning permission HS/FA/14/01033

Consultees should include Natural England. Southern Water, SUDS, the Environment Agency and County Archaeology.

I am aware that not all such correspondence is posted on the planning web site and therefore request all such correspondence under FOI.

I would be grateful for a rapid response as HS/FA/17/01018 is an open application and the correspondence is relevant for consideration of this application before a decision is made.

Unfortunately HBC will not respond to requests for information to the Case officer and I am therefore obliged to request this information under FOI.
