From your Client Financial Affairs Team (CFAT)/ or service area that manage Court of Protection Deputyship and DWP Corporate Appointeeship services, please confirm the following:

1.      Whether you use a bespoke database to manage client cases example ‘CASPAR / CASPAR cloud’.

2.      If a bespoke database is being used, the end date of the current contract in place with the provider.

3.      If No specialist database is being used, please indicate this.

4.      The trading name of the financial institution that provides your client’s day to day banking services for example ‘Nat West Bank’

5.      Whether the banking services for managing client’s financial affairs are provided as:

A) part of the Local Authority’s overarching corporate banking provisions or

 B) are provided under separate arrangements /contract with the CFAT / service area.
