Nearly in the beach concert

Responded Fri 28 August 2026Stade Open spaceWhat support was given in kind, financial or FREE to the nearly on the beach concert from Hastings Borough council and foreshore trust for all of these events, past also.in addition can you share the list of events held on the open stade space, the support given to each event ‘in kind’ as a list and financial through HBC or Foreshore Trust for the last 3 years.Can you list the events that are not charged and are charged for use of space, location stade open space.
Response
Our event booking system is for a rolling year, so can only show events from August 2025.
Please see list attached. Events admin ensure all event paperwork is in order for the system for internal colleagues and emergency services. If it is a community group asking for help with tables and chairs we offer them free use.
During the past year as they are all communtiy events no bookings were charged for use of the Stade Open Space.
